Since Apple's last security update, Safari has been wonking out (not connecting to sites I had no problem with prior to the update and mega SLOWER than Firefox). Until Apple fixes this rather than strictly thinking of pushing iPods and iPhones I then may go back to using Safari again.

Uh...I'm having the same problems with Safari on some sites since I updgraded earlier this year. I've been using Macs for at least 15 years and am acquainted with pretty much all of the fixes (which no longer do the trick). I also happen to have the misfortune of running OS X 10.4, alas. Why not allow for the remote possibility that maybe, just MAYBE, someone with problems isn't imagining them for the sole purpose of irritating VT Mac fanboys?Monday, November 02 2009 @ 07:11 AM PST

Dude, Safari is blazingly fast. Check your settings and clean cache and other. Also you might wanna use Webkit nightly it is so, so good.Reply to This
