Confusing Installer and Uninstallers still fail

I finally got Notes 7 to work in Snow leopard. The installer does not automatically update the database, you have to check the box in installer.

HOWEVER, I still can not get the uninstallers for Notes 7 or the database Engine to launch in Snow Leopard. I get message that I need Admin Privileges. But I am the Administrator. I even tried creating a second Admin Account and they still will not launch.
