After upgrading my OS to Snow Leopard, and to the latest version of TypeIt4Me, 4.2, my registration code won't stick and it constantly reverts back to the evaluation version. Initially when I enter the registration code, I get the "thank you" dialog and it shows as registered to me. But soon it reverts to the unregistered version. I emailed support 48 hours ago but haven't heard anything yet. Going to have to look at other options if this isn't resolved -- for several years I've depended heavily on TypeIt4Me and really need to have a text expander that works.

It has now been more than a week since I first emailed support about this problem and still no response. I also sent an additional email, both to the support address and to another email address they showed on their website. The second one bounced back; still no response to the others. Apologies, we have a backlog of emails and will eventually respond to all.Most likely reason for registration number not sticking in 4.2 is that it's an older number.
Would users in this situation please send one more email to riccardo@ettoresoftware.com and I'll sort this out personally asap.

I'm having the same problem using v4.1.1 under OS 10.5.8, so it's not unique to Snow Leopard. It just started 2 or 3 days ago, and has gotten progressively worse. At first, it would allow me to re-register using one or another of my serial numbers (I have 3, though I think 1 of them was for an earlier version, but these days, I use only 1 of them), but the registration would expire after a day, or after several hours. Now it won't take the numbers even for a minute. No response to a support email yet, but I only sent it about 14 hours ago.Reply to This
