Clicking on the green button at upper left in the iTunes finder window no longer minimizes to become the Mini-Player. The orange button still sends iTunes to the Dock.
System Info:iMac 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running Snow Leopard and today's iTunes 9.0 upgrade.

Mini-Player works if Option-Click on green - caliti

iTunes 9 - Mini-Player works if Option-Click on left top green button

Congratulations for your observation.... because it is annoying change requiring both the mouse and a finger on option key !

Mini-Player No Longer Works - ib.design

Running OS 10.4.11, QT 7.6.4.

iTunes 9.0 installed without incident directly from Software Update - a process I normally avoid.

The only issue thus far is with the green button to minimize to the min-player as stated. The only workaround I can find is to go into the view option on the finder bar and minimize directly from there, or hitting command-shift-m from the keyboard. Irritating.
