Existing users, 
SOHO Notes is an absolutely superb and extremely powerful product. I have ordered the V8 upgrade which sounds excellent. I use this product all the time to store anything and almost everything. I couldn't live without it. I looked at Yojimbo notes and although nice it doesn't have anywhere near the functionality and power of SOHO Notes.
I've used the product since its StickyBrains days so that's a long time.

Superb Product, Very Powerful --- (NOT) - imrananwar
I've used their product since its Sticky Brain days but I agree with other posters, they gouge customers on "upgrades" of $25 to $40 that do not add the value to justify the cost, somewhat like Quicken's annual updated versions on Mac had little additional useful functionality.I had also used their other products and while a guy named Adam there (if I recall correctly) in support works hard to fix problems their envelopes/labels program had been an utter pain and never worked well.
Not being able to access the information I have stuck inside Notes until their is a fix/upgrade is unbelievable and terrible.
