Existing users, 
I tried it because it really fit the basic need I had which was to convert and transfer in one step.
Unfortunately it did not deliver. It looks like it is doing something in iTunes by copying the file and starts converting but the converting happens far too fast that I do not think it did anything because when it said it was transferring, nothing actually copied over.
What a shame...I had high hopes. :-(

Are you using Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger? Apparently I broke compatibility with Tiger in 0.953. Until I can release a new version, you can go here and download 0.952:http://code.google.com/p/itmw/downloads/list
