Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

I have heard negative comments about this developer for years/ I am a registered user of version 1 and rarely use Xtorrent. I did download the new version and can not see much different between the version 1 & 2. The developer claims "Upgrade to Xtorrent Pro for the most results & fastest downloads.", what does he do throttle down the non pro users?

Yes, it throttles down non-Pro users to a nearly unusable DL speed.
What I found disconcerting is the upload. There is no indication of any shared folders on my machine yet over 1 gig of files were uploaded. From WHERE?!?!? Private data? My desktop? I cant find any information on how to unshare my hard drive.
