Zip won't open on desktop

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

After downloading, I double-clicked the Cyberduck-3.3b1zip icon and got the following:

Unable to unarchive "Cyberduck-3.3b.1.zip" into "Desktop".
(Error 1 - Operation not permitted.)

Then it most likely didn't finish dowload properly. Delete and download again.
