The import of Safari bookmarks is lame. It does it, but screws up the order and if you try to duplicate the way you have your bookmarks bar it gets the order all screwed up and won't even show the titles of what you drag up there in the Opera "bar" until you show it's properties and click ok.. very annoying bug on top of a very non-intuitive way of importing. Firefox aces Opera in this vital department. Opera just wastes my time with this basic function, how lame... Also, anyone notice the resizable "default browser" dialog that comes up? lol Needs more work...

Another Complaint! - rhpatrick22

Wow! The complaints on Opera, based on personal requirements never ends! I had no problems with the bookmarks impor=. Opera is solidly the best on Security, Raud and Mailwaresites, and version 10 passes the acid 3 test. In making a choice to complain, it is interesting how the complaint is so worded as to not mention the features of the browser, only personal prefeences required!

constructive criticism - Cowicide

There's nothing wrong with pointing out a problem that affects almost everybody. This is an app, not your best pal.

And if what you are saying is that Opera pulls in the bookmarks as smoothly as Firefox does then you are being untruthful. Opera needs to have a setting with its bookmarks bar that allows you to have it work like Safari and Firefox does and integrates your current bookmarks bar just as seamlessly as those two do or it's a waste of my time (and many udders).

Opera will only get better with valid, constructive criticism. Not blind allegiances, dude.
