I sent an e-mail to the developer (csonline@srslabs.com) and got a link to the new version in less than 24 hours. iTunes works fine now. Good service. Good product.

Lousy tech support is of course sux, and they did botch version 3.0 features. But 3.1 works with Snow Leopard 10.6 and restores all the version 2.x features back again.

Just download the standard version 3.1 for Snow Leopard. Apple mistakenly flag 3.1 as incompatible with 10.6 and sequester it. After 10.6 is installed, run the 3.1 installer anyway.
