Used Product For: Over One Year

Has anyone noticed that their ticker has stopped working in the last week or so? I uninstalled and trashed preferences, then reinstalled. Ticker is still blank. I later installed Snow Leopard. I didn't think the ticker would necessarily work under Snow Leopard when it had stopped working under Leopard. It doesn't. Everything else in VT seems to be working as well as it was before.

Ticker stopped working - Dustoff

I just had a pretty fast reply from VersionTracker Tech support. They are aware of the ticker issue. It's something on their end, not my computer or the software, and they are working to resolve it. Thought everyone might like to know that they are still paying attention to this service. I was actually very pleased at the speed and clarity of the response.
