Went out and bought Snow Leopard, and the one program that doesn't work is 1Password. Contrary to claims, 1Password does not work with Snow Leopard. I can't imagine why this would be. The developer has had plenty of time to test it. One concern I have is whether there is any risk of data loss.

Works for me. - bwickens

Make sure you are using the latest build of 1Password 2, and go to Safari in your finder, Get Info, and check "Open in 32-bit". 1Password will work just fine. When 1P 3 comes out, it will work with 64-bit mode Safari. Honestly, I've found running Safari in 32-bit mode plenty fast enough, faster than it ran under OS X 10.5.
