Existing users, 
This software works fine on a LAN but had no chance on a WAN. Even set up DMZ's at both ends, turned off SPI and still nothing in the logs to indicate any response.
I have sent a support message 3 times with no response. I have tried everything I know but nothing. Looks like I'll try something else.
My client really wanted this to work between 2 sound studios, one in New York and one in Sydney.
