SUKD. All the issues claimed here and more. There is a PLIST file that you can edit to do the same thing only without some third party extra.
you can edit the file maually or with terminal
sudo defaults write /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.backupd-auto StartInterval -int 1800
