I've used it and it's a relief to shut the internet off to some work done. Perhaps you don't have a problem with this, but many do. It's worked reliably for me. I'd personally love to see the ability to be able to set the thing to allow online time for a specified amount of time and then have it shut the network off for a specified time. But as it is this is a very useful application. The other thing you can do of course is configure your router to block your machine from internet access during specified time ranges. Also very effective. Finally, it's donationware.
