Frequently causes Windows XP to crash

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I've used RDC version 1.0.x from a PPC Mac with no issue. However, this version doesn't run well from an Intel Mac. With the update to version 2.0.0, I found it ran well from an Intel Mac, but from either a PPC or Intel Mac, frequently causes a computer running XP to crash when attempting to login (about once out of every three or four connections). The same issue exists for version 2.0.1. The solution I've found that works best is CoRD (works well on both PPC and Intel Macs and doesn't cause XP to crash).

Frequently causes Windows XP to crash - IWByte

We're getting the same thing, but we thought it was just PC-related. There are other folks at this company that connect to their XP machines from macs and they haven't had any problems.

What is CoRD?
