Installed 2009-003 on my G4 iBook and G5 tower, both without apparent issue. Usual stack of Shockwave permissions to repair. Note that this security update does not force you to upgrade to Safari 4 (unlike what we read about the 10.5.8 System update), so you can continue to use Safari version 3 on lower-end systems. Like my G4.

I noticed the Shockwave repairs, too. Keeping my fingers crossed that all remains well.
