Lost airport connectivity

Feedback Type:  Review

Contributed by: John McGibney Wednesday, August 05 2009 @ 03:27 PM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I lost my network connection via Airportafter doing the upgrade. I'm supposedly connected. I can see other computers but I can't connect to them nor access the internet. Other wireless computers are working fine as I type this.

I tried resetting the router, restarting the MacBook, deleting the network and re-adding it. So far NG.

I hope I don't have to reinstall the OS!

Lost airport connectivity - sepdx

I don't know what Airportafter is, but I don't have any problems with Airport Extreme.

Lost airport connectivity - NCKitkat

computer may be assigning its own IPs. try restart, or unplugging all network stuff, one at a time, beginning with modem. that would explain why others work and that one doesn't-

"Airport after" - DavidRavenMoon

He meant he lost connection "via Airport after" running the update.

Come one guys, you couldn't figure that out?

I say check the setting and also try rebooting. You might need to restart airport too.
