Undoubtedly the best program available on any platform for serious data junkies. Made with researchers in mind. I personally find it simple to use, but powerfully extensible using scripts. Many brilliant scripts are provided or can be downloaded from the forum. Although the program is in beta it is more stable than most final releases. Granted the world has waited a while for 2.0, but it has been worth the wait. These coders are serious perfectionists. Worth switching to a Mac if you're on one of those other platforms.
