4.4.1 was released a couple of months ago. VT is way behind, as is frequently the case.

I've tried, and even own, most of the clipboard managers around. PTH Pro is the one I use. It's flexible enough that I can set the UI the way I want it and the Pro features, while not necessary, are quite helpful to me. It's reliable and has a low footprint.
