Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Having run Yasu for the first time, I encountered a minor problem. I wrote and asked for help and was so pleased with a complete and polite answer within a few hours. First time that has happened with any product I own. I am so glad I was told about this product.

Yasu Help - Ditto - sohateme

I had a similar experience a long time ago, when the product was "free" --- as in beer.

So, I "donated" more than the current "price." It was worth every penny. I tend to go days without rebooting, but I usually get around to using Yasu about once a week to do "maintenance" and then Restart.

No muss, not fuss. I use the Tiger PPC version, btw.
