I have been using this fine program for 3 years and it works great although a bit pricy

I did evaluate this and Noise Ninja (which also works well ) and a similar program from NIK and selected Noiseware professional

any of these is way better than the plug in built into PS
I cannot comment on customer service since I never had a problem , updating to the latest version was painless unlike some other peoples products
