Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

Very poor “upgrade” which made many web sites unusable. Went back to version 3 which bombs daily these days. Why is Safari now just as bad as explorer? Switching to firefox until Apple gets it act together. (Not holding my breath on that one.)

It's working fine for me. Try moving your Safari prefs out of your library and then relaunching. If that doesn't work, try repairing permissions.

I haven't updated yet, but the previous build has left me unable to access mail on AOL.com..."too many redirects." Huh? I also miss the status bar...I think Apple sometimes tries to be too slick for its own good.

Well, I have found Safari 4 to have PLENTY of bugs and ripple effects on other programs. In addition, personally, I just don't like it, or find it to be an improvement over version 3.
