This app sounds interesting so I thought I'd throw out a few improvements I'd like to see : )

For whatever reason Trout will not remember my preferences. I first noticed this when Trout would not restore the customizations I had made to the toolbar. I fidgeted with preference files, ownership, and permissions all to no avail.
Is there any reason in particular that certain parts of the gui need to be so big? More specifically space munchers like the model window? http://bit.ly/winclod

Things I never notice because the toolbar is always the way I want it. Will fix for next release. The model window isnt a UI item that is expected to be up much, but yes it is a bit ugly.
