Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I used to use this software on my G5 and it worked GREAT!

I'm now trying it on my Intel iMac and it crashes almost instantly ;-(

I would highly recommend the old version on my G5 but this latest 1.6.2 version on my Intel iMac just does not work!

Since this message I sent a message to Ben Software who recommended I removed the preference files:

I removed these:

~/Library/Preferences/com.bensoftware.SecuritySpy.plist
~/Library/Widgets/SecuritySpy.wdgt
~/Library/Preferences/SecuritySpy Preferences

Then as recommended I downloaded

http://www.bensoftware.com/ss/beta.html

And the software is no longer crashing.
