I have used the PDF Browser Plugin for years and it has been a lifesaver. Even now, when Safari does a much better job at handling PDFs the PDF Browser Plugin in still a must. In the past Safari was unable to follow the hyperlinks within a PDF document making it unusable for an essential online reference that is used in my workplace. Now Safari can handle the hyperlinks on many pages but hangs when trying to scroll across multiple pages and fails to display the left-sided navigation pane. The PDF browser plugin, as always, handles these items with ease.

It takes new users awhile to get used to using the special icon bar that the browser uses to handle the PDFs for saving and printing, rather than using Safari's menus. However it does its job magnificently and has been an essential addition for me.
