Adobe bought Macromedia, and their sole goal has been to integrate Dreamweaver and Fireworks into their product line without regard for the customer or quality.

Worse, Adobe's customer service and technical support are Byzantine and adversarial, as good as hostile. Don't worry, because it takes hours to get through to someone. Even longer when your calls get dropped.
