Used Product For: 1-6 months

I tried this up grade and did not work with all my shorcuts.
so I did not buy it.   
System Info:Mac Intl 10.5.7

There is a known issue with 4.0.0 that causes an issue loading some shortcuts that has been identified and will be fixed in the next version. If you were able to see your shortcuts after upgrading, then you might have had a different problem.

Would you mind describing what shortcuts didn't work?
