EyeTV certainly is a fantastic TV recording/playback, app better than anything I've seen or used on Windows. But...and it is a big but...Why no graphics controls? I cannot adjust Brightness/Contrast/Hue/Saturation in EyeTV. This app has been years in development and we still have no basic control of broadcast picture quality. Some programmes are very dark, some bright, I have to use third party brightness and Gamma control apps to attempt adjustment which is pathetic given EyeTV is a video playback app. VLC can do this stuff... QuickTime, too. It's a basic requirement for video playback. No two programme makers/broadcasters transmit exactly the same brightness and contrast ratios, so, please Elgato, give us the controls to make these adjustments for ourselves without having to fall back on third part apps for Brightness Control.
