Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

MacScan is the first and best program for what it does.

But it lacks the ability to auto update definitions on a schedule. It only updates when the program is launched. Scheduled scans use old definitions, unless I remember to manually launch the program and update definitions.

It would also be helpful to have scheduled scans check a specific folder, and be able to setup multiple schedules. And if I have a new folder or file I'd like to quickly scan, I'd appreciate being able to drag and drop on the application, rather than launch MacScan, click lots of boxes and several screens to choose the folder.
