I've left feedback previously, but I've just got to point out that this is a 5-star program, which once you learn it, makes life on the Mac significantly better. I can only conclude that lower ratings come from the "instant gratification" types, who tried it for a matter of minutes instead of days, weeks, or (in my case) years.

QuicKeys is the -first thing- in install when updating. 4.0 is even better. The developer is responsive. I honestly don't understand the low rating.
