Numbered lines!?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I finally found a real problem with Bean. If I paste in numbered text, Bean puts a "tab" space in front of the numbers. If I attempt to take out the space, the number disappear, even if the numbers were typed in the copy before pasting into Bean.

Ouch!

I did find a work-around but it is extra work to select copy and manually move the first tab back to the margin.

Tabs . . . - hkim

Also, setting tab stops is a pain! There should be an easier way to set tabs and I also note that if I have numbered lines and I try to insert tab space in a line, the number is replaced with a "dash" and the line indents over five spaces. ???
