So I have been a Spiral Bound convert for some time. I love the basic stickies architecture and thing that ascetically SB improves on it in all the right ways. The "notebook" analog is the logical extension of the stickies model and really help keep things organized. The only thing that I felt was missing in the original SB was the ability to have more than one notebook. I pass this on to the developer and he responded very promptly! I thought it was pretty neat that he was so accessible and so responsive to suggestions. Sure enough, in this version I can have as many notebooks as my hear desires. So cool.
Also, since I am pretty lazy, I like to keep semi-sensitive information in my stickies. Passwords, etc. The fact that SB has a smart password protection feature is very reassuring, especially since my work computer is in a high traffic cubicle area. These aren't the only improvements of SB over standard stickies but I think that these alone are well worth the price. The other features are just frosting. Two thumbs up.
