Problem with Apple Mail

Used Product For: Over One Year

Since updating Flip4Mac yesterday, wmv attachments have stopped playing in Apple Mail. I have to save them to the desktop and open them there to view them. I have the latest versions of all software.

Problem with Apple Mail - Flip4Mac

There was an issue that was specific to QT 7.5.5 and not Flip4Mac. With QuickTime 7.5.5 installed, emails that contained Windows Media movie files, which previously were viewable embedded within the email, would not play properly (you could only hear the audio).

This was fixed with the installation of O/S 10.5.6.
