As one hand giveth...

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

...the other taketh away - or something superstitious like that.

Runs faster, seems stable but a massive backward step in loss of visible progress bar and loss of the tabs in the title bar - at least give the option to have them.

My favourite browser just got a lot less user-friendly by pandering to the tab-dinosaurs out there. Frankly I'm going to try to re-install the Beta use Google Chrome instead :-(

Bad reversal - stoneage

Put the tabs back on top or let me choose, please. I'm going back to the beta if possible.

Not me, man. I HATED tabs on top. Glad to have them at the top of the PAGE (which is what I've tabbed) instead of the top of the APP (which is illogically far from the page for me).

But what about all the people who think the old-style in-the-way-of-the-browser tabs are inefficient and intrusive. Wouldn't it be better to have the choice instead of forcing everyone to use the same interface. I now us Google Chrome beta instead of Safari because I can't bear to loose all that screen space hidden by the old-fashioned dangling tabs.

:-(
