The login loop is still not fixed!! (ie: trying to download app updates for iPhone) See my post on version 8.1.1 for more info...

You likely have NetBarrier installed. Go to NetBarrier Overview -> Privacy -> Data -> Surf and turn off "Hide my Apple ID when using iTunes Ministore"

That will fix you right up.
