Seems as though a lot of the functions in MacPilot no longer work with the just released Safari v4 (non beta). Most notably, I need that Top Sites page to be disabled...

Safari 4 Support (non-beta) - Kento96

If you don't want "Top Sites," then why not go into Safari's Preferences and reset things to "Empty Page," or am I missing something? MacPilot doesn't kill off access to this, as far as I've noticed.
