It doesn't actually freeze, as I'm able to use the "Go Back" button, but other than that, no drives show up as possible Destinations. Wondering if anyone else experienced this yet...

Mine tells me that the volume does not meet the requirements of the update, I'm trying to install on a 2.4 GHz MacBook Pro (17") with 4 GB RAM, running 10.5.7.

Thanks for pointing that out -- I just realized I'm still on 10.5.6. Will try to update first, see how that goes.

Apple does point out that you need the latest security patch installed first.
