Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Would recommend trying other solutions before this one as the produces of this software are very shady - When I requested a refund due to the software not running on my system they cancelled my serial and kept my money! Would not recommend them to anyone.

NOT A Ripoff! - d3signerguy

Not only did you write 2 reviews about the same thing, an obvious flame, I actually asked the company about this and they told me that customers like you issues chargebacks (which you did) and then they canceled your license, which is only fair. You already got your files back and then stole money from them. I am a developer and deal with this all the time. I just love people like you. You think everything should be free and then go around and flame a good product that works well.

Furthermore, the company makes SEVERAL options available to try the product for FREE before purchase, which I took advantage of. Maybe you should try being a little more polite next time you want help instead of being an ass and then flame the company on top of that over and over.. Good luck getting any help now.. lol.

I am a very satisfied customer. There is no reason you can't try it for yourself and see how well it actually works BEFORE you pay.. Disk Warrior doesn't do that. Data Rescue, nope. No refund from them either. Did you flame them?
