I purchased a Sony Ericsson W380a which was supported using FoneLink. I was very happy with FoneLink and its features. I was able to transfer ringtones and music from my iTunes library onto my W380a using FoneLink via my Mac computer. I decided too purchase a second Sony Ericsson Z780i which was supported by FoneLink. I tried using the Z780i with FoneLink and my Mac keep freezings. I contacted FoneLink support team on May 8, 2009 and they responded immediately too solve this problem. We tried many functions with the Z780i and FoneLink with the help of FoneLink's support team via e-mails and phone calls. I sent FoneLinks phone logs of the Z780i earlier in week of May 25, 2009. FoneLink e-mailed me with their concludes that something was wrong with the Z780i. FoneLink was not able to open the ports on my phone.
