This product worked very well removing programs and their associated files. However, the downside is that the feature that watches installs on your computer has a program that is always running in the background. That program hogs your computer's memory and slows down other processes. I think this is ridiculous. For that reason, I deleted this app from my computer. Otherwise, I would continue using it. If you install it, open the Activity monitor that is in your Utility Folder. Notice how much activity is coming from a program that should not even be running when the program itself is not launched.
