Existing users, 
I've upgraded my MacBook unibody and 24" iMac with not a single sign of problems. The normal double restart and that was it. My iMac is using a display resolution of 1900 X 1200, no sleep or USB difficulties.
As usual, all I did was restart in Safe mode and applied the combo updater.
