I discovered Tetris Zone after noticing that the guys on The Big Bang Theory were playing what looked to be a real Mac OS X Tetris app in the episode "The Peanut Reaction". You can see the app name in the window titlebar and the bottom left corner of the window on Raj's computer, so a quick search and voilą.
But I echo the other reviewer - unless an internet connection is central to an application's core functionality (eg: torrent client, web browser), there is no excuse for the rather demeaning necessity to have to ask every time for permission to run an app you have already bought. ("Mother, may I?")
It looks like a good app. But I won't buy it.
Check out Quinn for a free Tetris with both internet and stand-alone modes (and a free tool to set up your own server). Or go somewhere else, buy something else.
But not this.
