After finding the program very good and seeking to register it, then the nightmare began including a somewhat class A "a-hole" of a representative (owner?) even trying to accuse the purchaser of fraudulent behaviour. You can see why people pirate some software after three attempts to register failed (despite the three different cards working with other vendors around the world) and who uses offline processing nowadays. Funny enough, the card worked straight away to register through KAGI (or was it SWRG, anyway that's not important) and after complaining about the lack of feedback I get a range of ranting, accusatory emails from a somewhat strange individual purporting to be an authorised representative of the company.
Never, ever had this experience before. Truly bizarre.
(Oh, and email copies of all correspondence are archived and can be provided to VT should there be any dispute over the veracity of the above: Just ask at my registered address and you'll get them).
