What are your hardware, software configs? - Pen Dragon

Need more info to provide help. Could be anything from hardware additions to third-party kernel extensions. On Apple hardware with no third-party stuff this update works fine.

After 10.5.7 USB ports don't work - don20--2008

I had been using Photoshop CS3 to scan using Epson's Driver 2.77A on my Epson Perfection 2450 Photo—until after I updated to 10.5.7. I was actually using the front Firewire port on my Intel Mac Pro. From there, if I hit the preview button the scanner disappeared. I switched to the rear Hi-Speed USB and I could not find the scanner in Photoshop at all. So then I just left Photoshop out of the equation (I was running in Rosetta anyway) and I went direct to Epson Scan to scan exactly as before in the Professional Mode. I open the scans in regular Photoshop and I am good to go.

This is the only problem I have had with the update to 10.5.7.
