OK I've installed beta12. There is still no way to deal with times in other cities. This extremely desirable function was imperfect in earlier versions but now the entire feature is totally missing!
I would also add my voice to the incredible attempt to charge for a beta. In fact, taking this to a stupid conclusion, it might be argued that a developer should pay beta testers. Somewhere in the centre is the truth. Almost by definition, betas should be free.
