Existing users, 
Application is ancient---no updates since 2004! Completely unstable under Leopard.
eFax should be ashamed they haven't updated this program in over 5 years. My business has paid them a lot of money since then, and the least they can do for their customers is make sure that their software won't crash under the latest version of OS X.
