Existing users, 
Initially, I had decent luck with this software, but after some number of syncs, it stalls near the end of the process leaving things half done.
This is crap software, poorly written, and probably never tested by a QA team.
It's free, but it has cost me plenty. Maybe I'll get an iPhone...
