Beware of doing business with Chronos, the developer of iScrapbook. I bought iScrapbook at an OfficeMax in late March 2009 only to find it is version 1. The developers Web site explains how to submit a request for a free upgrade with 3-to-5 day turnaround. I have made multiple submissions and submitted multiple questions for weeks on their online comment form. There is zero response. The company has no phone number on their site nor listed anywhere that I can find. There is no street address and almost no info available anywhere about Chronos. My guess is there is nobody employed in customer service to respond to any inquiry much less to provide an upgrade registration code.
Chronos allowed OfficeMax to continue selling an obsolete version and are providing zero customer service to those buyers. This is not a good company to support with our dollars.
It is a shame the company appears to be disreputable because the application is actually quite good.

I found their phone number. Chronos is actually located in Park City, Utah (not Heber City where their PO Box is located). The phone number is 435-615-7335. Calling it gets no answer. This company may be no longer operating except for its online store. If anyone has success contacting this company, please post your experience here.Reply to This
