Software downloaded ok but I receive the following message when I open the program "Smart Label Printer cannot find any label printers attached to your computer."
Printer is on and connected.
Any suggestions?

Moving SLP 200 from PC to MAC - Mr Reynolds--2008

It may seem a little naive, but I usually restart the Mac when I get a message that an external device can't be found, and after everything has loaded the problem is usually solved . . . .
